How do I order prescription glasses online?

Simply choose your frame, enter your prescription details at checkout, and select your lens options. If you need help, our customer support team is here to assist.

You can enter your prescription manually or upload a scanned copy/photo during checkout. Make sure it’s valid and issued by a licensed optometrist.

We recommend visiting a local optometrist for an eye exam. You can also use an online vision test if available in your region (note: results may vary in accuracy).

Non-prescription items can be returned within [7–14] days. Prescription glasses are only returnable if defective or incorrect. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping fees and delivery times will be shown at the order confirmation time .

Standard processing takes 2–4 business days. Delivery within your country usually takes 3–7 business days. International delivery may take 7–15 business days.
