Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Khyber Optical Traders. We want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Non-Prescription Items:

  • Eligible for return or exchange within [7–14] days of delivery.
  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

❌ Prescription Eyewear:

  • As these are custom-made, returns are only accepted if:
    • The lenses or frames are defective.
    • There was an error on our part (wrong prescription, wrong product).

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@khyberoptical.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm your eligibility and send return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund, exchange, or store credit.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. International Returns

We accept international returns under the same conditions as domestic returns; however:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as we are not liable for lost or delayed returns.
  • Original shipping fees and any customs or import duties paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
